Racing with the Ages

Many customers ask how long our artificial plants can be placed outdoors without fading. Let's talk about it from our SGS experimental data.

As a Dongguan artificial plants manufacturer for more than 20 years, our products are made of imported high-quality plastic raw materials without adding any second-hand plastic raw materials. Compared with ordinary plastic artificial plants, our product has higher retention rate of material mechanical properties (such as tensile, bending and impact strength).It is not easy to deform and burst, and it is durable.

In May 2018, our plastic products passed the 5000 hour Xenon arc light exposure test in the laboratory, including the ISO 4892-2:2013 cycle test. The gray level remains level 2. The Xenon arc lamp test simulates sunlight in nature, which is similar to the En14836 test of FIFA in  light aging.

The sports turf of FIFA adopts En14836 test, including the ultraviolet UVA-340 test of EN iso4892-3:2016. The products that have passed the 5000 hour test can be placed outdoors for at least 5-8 years according to industry experience.
